By car, it takes about 15 minutes from Otaru IC and about 55 minutes from Sapporo Minami IC. If you use a local bus, it is easily accessible, taking about 17 minutes from JR Otaru Station (2-3 buses run per hour). After enjoying Mt. Tengu, please enjoy sightseeing in Otaru.
