At TENGUU CAFE, the cafe closest to the sky in Otaru, you can enjoy carefully selected meals, drinks, and sweets while looking out at the spectacular view from the top of Mt. Tengu.
In addition to table seats, there is also a bar counter that is about 20 meters long by the window.
On days when the weather is nice, take out your takeout to TENGUU Terrace and enjoy a special moment while soaking up the sun and taking in the beautiful scenery of Otaru.
